As a senior consultant with Carlson Quinn since 1998, Roz is in charge of client compliance. In that capacity, she monitors clients’ plan documents to ensure that they are in compliance with current IRS and DOL regulations and assists in the preparation of plan documents and amendments for clients. She has prepared hundreds of submissions to the IRS for favorable determination letters and handled IRS inquiries that arise in the course of a review. In addition to their plan document needs, Roz assists clients in the preparation of employee communications materials.

Roz has over 25 years of experience working in the retirement plan area. Prior to joining Carlson Quinn, she worked at The Wyatt Company for 8 years as a retirement plan consultant to small employers, offering assistance in the design, implementation and ongoing management of a broad range of defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

Roz received a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from Santa Clara University.
