Leif co-founded Carlson Quinn in 1994. He has been working in the retirement consulting industry for over 25 years. Previously he was a retirement plan consultant at Watson Wyatt Worldwide for eight years. He has also worked in the actuarial field at National Associates, Inc. and American General Corporation.
Leif has designed, implemented, and administered retirement programs for numerous sole proprietors, professional service organizations, and partnerships, in addition to small to mid-size companies. He provides creative solutions and ongoing consulting to hundreds of clients on their defined contributions and defined benefit plans. Leif has also helped many clients with the design, implementation, and administration of their ESOP and stock-based plans.
Leif is a graduate of Stanford University and is a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
